Went to her bc location was convenient and she was/is part of BMG. She had neither sympathy nor a solution for my issue (abnormal uterine bleeding), and prescribed bc me a birth control with estrogen, even though based on my age and medical history, estrogen would surely have caused me a blood clot. Please, go ANYWHERE else.
Friendly enough, always gets me in and out in no time. I'm not a fan of the gyno, so I appreciate that. Does what she needs to quickly and with minimal silly chit chat.
I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. Completely unprofessional and openly dislikes anyone who is overweight. Refused to listen to any of my concerns or take my issues seriously. Acted offended when I mentioned having an issue after sex with a partner. Questioned non-gyn medical decisions that I had made with my GP. Go ANYWHERE else.
Frustrated that I have waited over a week for the scheduler to call me to set up an appointment! Would like to know who's bright idea it was that the receptionist registers and then you have to wait for a call back from a scheduler. Very unprofessional. In my opinion, if you are calling for new patient appointment DO NOT give them your real SS# at least that way you can go elsewhere.
