My daughter and I had such a lovely experience at this beautiful bridal shop, thanks to the amazing Rina! She is incredibly sweet, helpful, and truly had my daughter’s best interest at heart—not something you see often in sales! Deserves more than 5 stars!! As a 2026 Bride, I had a fantastic experience at Ivoire. Giovanna gave exceptional service and made us feel like family. So so happy I said Yes to the dress at this boutique!
What a disappointing experience. First off, you’re NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES, which is ridiculous- how will you remember how the dresses look on you and which ones you like?!? It doesn’t make sense. You can just look up the brands and find the dresses online? There was no welcome speech or explanation about the dresses or the store. No water or anything offered. Not many dress options. Just not a very good or special experience. Didn’t make the bride (my sister) feel cared for or special. Definitely don’t recommend.
