I had a great experience at Ivoire. They have beautiful dresses and Giovanna was wonderful!
I interacted with Giovanna for less than a minute, yet it was more than enough to experience an incredibly rude, condescending, and sincerely unprofessional attitude. It was quite literally the worst customer interaction I have ever had. I really loved my experience with Giovanna and Rina. They make you feel comfortable and give good advice for wedding dresses. They really take their time with you and are very flexible.
I would give Ivoire 1000 stars if I could! I get married in October and my experience has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. From the minute I called Ivoire in 2024 (from Winnipeg!) and was connected with Rina, I knew it was going to be *the* place to say YES to the dress!
