My cousin is getting married in the fall and I helped her set appointments to find a veil. We were treated so nicely the whole time. Had to take two appointments and try on a lot of options and Rina was so patient and helpful and made my cousin feel taken care of. Having had appointments at two other places, Ivoire stands out even more with the attention and warmth their treated us with. Highly reccomend! Prices are also relatively reasonable and lovely selection.
I had a great experience at Ivoire. They have beautiful dresses and Giovanna was wonderful!
I interacted with Giovanna for less than a minute, yet it was more than enough to experience an incredibly rude, condescending, and sincerely unprofessional attitude. It was quite literally the worst customer interaction I have ever had. I really loved my experience with Giovanna and Rina. They make you feel comfortable and give good advice for wedding dresses. They really take their time with you and are very flexible.
