Really happy with how everything went with my lasik surgery. Staff were all lovely and professional and the procedure was so much smoother and easier than I expected. If you’re on the fence, go get it done!
My experience of cataract surgery in both eyes by Dr Gupta has been great. I had been worried prior to the surgery due to having Sjogrens syndrome causing dryness of the eyes and no tears being produced naturally. However, Dr Gupta was able to include in the surgery the blocking of the tear ducts to enable Eye drops to be retained in the eyes for longer as well as some other treatments such as red eye treatment. I had my laser eye surgery at Ivision Laser and I would like to sincerely thank the doctor, Jennifer, and the entire staff for their excellent care. From the receptionist to the doctor and her team, everyone was professional, kind, and supportive throughout the process. Dr Gupta and her team are so lovely, friendly and kind! The whole process from the consultation to the day of the surgery was smooth, informative and easy. During the surgery, it was painless, seamless and not as scary as I thought. The care team before the surgery were very caring, answered and took in consideration any concerns I had.
