My experience was outstanding, my vision is already better than I expected it to be and I am only day 2 in the healing process. My individual needs were met and care was taken at every point. I am very difficult to cannulate, the team adapted their process with authorisation at my request to allow for a better experience and meant they didn’t have to struggle on day two - thank you!! I had cataracts removed from both eyes and Dr Gupta did an amazing job. My sight has improved to the point where I no longer rely on wearing glasses 24/7. I couldn’t be happier, her professionalism and friendly nature made all the difference. I would definitely recommend Dr Gupta to anyone 10/10!!
