Dr. Alvarez and her staff are compassionate, thorough and patient oriented. You will not find a pediatric dentist that cares more about the child as a whole and places the child at the center of their dental care. She does not make any decisions without involving the parents and reviewing all options. I can not recommend her enough.
Dr Alvarez put my heart at ease with her care for my 10 yr old after a very disappointing experience at another office that resulted in my daughter needing a root canal. Dr Alvarez takes the time to actually sit down with you and explain what’s happening and the solution(s). She gave me and my child time to ask as much as we want before any procedure and/or after. Needless to say, she’ll be coming here until she turns 18.
I can’t recommend this office enough! The dentist is absolutely amazing, and the entire staff is so kind, caring, and welcoming. They always make us feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. She placed crowns on my baby’s teeth because of severe cavities, and the results have been perfect. The work she did is beautiful, and we’ve had such a great experience throughout the entire process.
