Have been dealing with Ivira in Milford and can not say enough how caring, professional and knowledgeable every employee I have had contact with is the best.
Update--I was able to speak to Jay, the owner, about the treatment I have received recently and the concerns I have for the future of the Milford store and how disapppinted I was. Ivira in Milford used to be top notch. I raved about this pharmacy then Jigar and Randy left. So to let anyone know who was thinking about changing pharmacies to Ivira, let me just say DON'T! Customer service has gone downhill terribly since Jigar and Randy have left. The pharmacists don't even acknowledge you when you walk in the door like they did when Jigar and Randy were there. If you need your meds in a prompt, consistent manner, then somewhere else might be better. This used to be a good pharmacy. I’m not sure what they did to make changes, but we have to call every month it feels like to make sure we get the medications we need properly. They send meds sporadically too. We just got 2 meds, and for some reason they can’t send the other 7, because one is out of stock I’m told. It doesn’t make much sense.
