I've tried going here twice and each time nobody listens. I understand hospital staff/nurses are busy but some people also have needs. I arrived and right away I told the nurses I'm extremely scared of needles and the doctor came in and told me to at least TRY and ofc I tried and the nurse held me very tightly and I was freaking out and he told me "stop playing games" I told these people I would TRY. 10 star ER and Hospital! Better than some big city hospitals. We’re from Northwest Washington and she was having some complications due to Type 1 diabetes, called 911 after checking into the Laramie Best western and the local fire department paramedics, not EMTs showed up. Every single nurse, doctor, discharge nurses, social workers were all super caring and informative from the ER ICU and discharge. They all cared and it showed, absolutely felt she was in great hands and can’t thank everyone involved enough!
The absolute worst in the whole state of Wyoming. The doctors and nurses are so rude that it is completely unbelievable refuse to go will take myself out of state or to the next surrounding town to be seen. If I could give zero stars I would I do not recommend anybody go to the emergency room!!!
Very kind staff treated me immediately in very clean and organized treatment room. It may have been a slow night; but we couldn’t have asked for more thorough treatment within a very short amount of time, from wound care, testing, medical records, X-rays to look for broken bones and follow up care. They even had my medical records updated (were from California) within minutes of our arrival! We would’ve never received that treatment in our hometown!
The Er, the ivinson memorial hospital is a joke.
