Very kind staff treated me immediately in very clean and organized treatment room. It may have been a slow night; but we couldn’t have asked for more thorough treatment within a very short amount of time, from wound care, testing, medical records, X-rays to look for broken bones and follow up care. They even had my medical records updated (were from California) within minutes of our arrival! We would’ve never received that treatment in our hometown!
The Er, the ivinson memorial hospital is a joke.
Was in the ER two nights ago for severe mouth pains and I got vitals taken in the little room pretty quick but after that I sat in the waiting room waiting to be seen, but 3-4 people who got there after me were seen before me. Was in the waiting room close to an hour and a half and got fed up and left.

Went in late last night with my 19 yr old daughter. Everyone was wonderful from check in to discharge. Dr Holland was fantastic, listened, and went over all options. Erin, her nurse, was so kind and understood that even tho my daughter is of age to handle things alone, this worried mom needed to be with her. Corey, the tech, explained things he was doing and made my daughter comfortable. Ben, the x-ray tech, was so nice, explaining the process to my daughter.
