I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Munsell. She had to scrape debris off my ear drums and talked me through the entire process and was just absolutely amazing. Genuinely listens and spends time with you and responds super quickly to messages. Went above and beyond even while being short staffed. Saved my ears after a month and a half of having issues. 10/10
