Ivie is a dishonest person and has been the most difficult to deal with. She is rude and unprofessional. Her knowledge of the real estate market is limited. I just bought a house from her that she actually owned and sold and she never remedied any of the issues that were in the contract. She lied and said she had a “handyman” in to fix them when nothing was fixed or replaced. So now I’m left with a dishwasher that doesn’t drain, a back door that doesn’t lock, and a washing machine that doesn’t drain because it’s so plugged u... read more
She has limited knowledge about real estate. She's a timid negotiator. She works in her own intrest not the client's. She will use u and your money to get the information she needs for her business. She will set u 10years back. Avoid her!
