Mostly satisfied with IVI's London team. Each person you will meet there is attentive and considerate. We've been given relevant advises and each step has been made easy by our referent. All appointments were on time. We would obviously recommend other couples to go there.
For anyone going through IVF this is a difficult process but IVI guide you with patience and care. The team in both London and Spain are a team of professionals who will do their best to help you through the process especially Suky from the admin team who was available day or night to answer my questions and support me. After four rounds, I’m delighted that they helped me realise my dream.
We started IVF treatment at IVI after reviewing the success they had in Spain. Several of our friends also recommended us this clinic. I must say that Dr Nik and his team are absolutely outstanding and very quick on answering questions. Despite our low AMH Dr Nik and his team didn’t hesitate in taking us in. It felt like a complete positive change compared to treatment we received in North America. We would recommend this clinic to anybody who wants to do IVF in London.
I have experience of three IVF clinics in London including CRGH and Aria. I would recommend IVI of the three. I found the staff to be very professional, patient-centric and empathetic. Dr Tomacz oversaw my preparation for a frozen embryo transfer and he was very relaxed, calm and would take the time to listen to my concerns.
