Nothing positive to say about this clinic.
A literal nightmare from start to finish. They don’t care about their patients. Their lack of organization and total disrespect for patients’ time and money is downright negligent. I regret ever giving them a penny. Go elsewhere.
Messy documents/paperwork and overall disorganized staff. Emailings coming up with 'no subject', incomplete responses/answers, wrong prescriptions being sent, everything. I have decided to go elsewhere for my egg freezing journey and start the entire process over from scratch, at a clinic that is further from my home, but much more organized. To do that, you can imagine I must have been extremely upset with IVFMD and....you are right. In the end, I did not trust them with my medical needs, or my unborn embryos.
