This is the worst hospital care I have seen till date in Australia. There is absolutely no care or compassion factor I experienced from IVF Australia. My fertility specialist works for IVF Australia and hence I have been there for IVF treatment. The treatment itself is a very emotional process to go through. IVF Australia just made it worse. I couldn't have chosen a better team to take care of our ivf process dr. Rao and her team have been really caring helpful empathise and so much more. I had a recent consultation with Dr Seema Mohiuddin, in regards to my sufferings due to hormonal imbalance. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from one of the staff members at your practice, Megan, who I later found out is the manager of the receptionists. We are happy with the treatment we got from IVF Australia, and yes they are very expensive. IVF Australia's got many centres so it got easier in the process, since we chose the one near to us for appointments of blood test and scan etc. Couple of areas of improvement i could think of is: 1. The process of appointment dates for blood test, collection, transfer etc and reports after that, could be improved.
