I had a very frustrating experience at this clinic. Dr. Quinn barely paid attention to me and didn’t take the time to properly investigate my situation. Even after I explained clearly that my periods are not regular, he didn’t ask follow-up questions or run any tests — he simply pushed IVF as the only option without trying to understand the cause first. The nursing staff at this clinic are truly amazing — kind, supportive, and attentive. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends for me. In my case, the doctor’s attention to detail was poor. I felt like my treatment followed a generic template rather than being personalised to my situation. Cannot rate them highly enough! We have used Dr Quinn in the Gosford clinic twice now and both times were great! All the staff are lovely and they make the whole process stress free and easy.
I have been blessed to have used IVF Aust Gosford for all 3 of my children. They make you feel like the only person they deal with that day. The receptionist are warm, welcoming and professional. The nurses make you feel so at ease, are thorough and very knowledgeable. And Dr Quinn is such a professional, amazing Dr. I could not fault any aspect of the team. Amazing,unforgettable and greatful experiences with them. THANKYOU!!!
All the staff are amazing. I have completed two donor cycles now through IVFA Gosford and the staff from the receptionists, councillors and all the nurses are so welcoming and friendly. The specialist and staff are very professional and made my experience wonderful. If ever I decide to donate again I will be returning to them and recommend them to everyone I know looking for a specialist or donating.
