I cannot express enough gratitude for their support. Having experienced other clinics in the past, I can confidently say that IVF Australia surpasses them all.
I have nothing but praise for IVF Australia’s Dr and staff. From day dot my journey to becoming a mother has been handled in a kind and considerate way. I am in my mid 40s and almost 6 months pregnant with my first child thanks to the team..and genetics!!
I would not recommend IVF Australia. My wife and I underwent many round of treatments around 3 years ago with no luck. I found the reception staff extremely rude, which isn’t nice while dealing with such sensitive situations. We never felt we were taken seriously, spent a lot of money unnecessarily. We were told to go elsewhere if money was an issue after we asked to be as aggressive as we could with treatment as we had already spent tens of thousand of dollars. Do not recommend. Unprofessionals. Waste of time
DONT BOTHER. They cancelled our treatment after they sent personal info to the wrong people and didn't want a law suit...not that we even said anything like that to them. We did nothing wrong, we had nothing to do with the mistake, but we suffered for it and ended up wasting so much time. Admin staff are RUDE and will cut you off mid sentence. The staff dont communicate at all and ALWAYS get things wrong. Save your money and go with Genea or another company like this. I wish I never heard about IVF Australia.
