My experience was upsetting and anxiety-inducing. Staff communicated poorly, were disengaged and uninformed, lacked interest in the patient beyond what they have in their wallets

One of the best things I’ve ever done is go to see Dr Sacks. After almost a year of fertility struggles, multiple specialists and no answers, he diagnosed my issue within minutes of meeting him, which he corrected through surgery days later and encouraged us down the pathway that was best for us. Less than a year later, we now have a beautiful baby boy who is thriving. Thank you so much, I’d call you a magician but I know it’s years of training, experience and knowledge that makes you as good as you are.

Tried to ask a very specific question about shutdown dates and was told they can completely take me on and give me the treatment I needed. Next second the date offered to see a specialist did not align with what would be required to get me the treatment I needed in time. tldr: will say yes to take your $$ without reflecting whether you can actually get the treatment you asked for.
