I began care with Dr Morris at age 14, I am now 32 years old. For years I had extremely positive experiences, even while experiencing loss and bad news, the staff and doctors were always compassionate and kind. I recently suffered and failed embryo transfer and when calling back to start next steps I was transferred directly to billing told I owe money (To which I was on a payment plan for) they said they don't do payment plans, weird because on the 15th of each month I see the payment from my bank. Every thing Dr. Morris and his team do is amazing. Procedures, appointments, and correspondence are planned and professional. They care about what they do and it shows in every aspect. Such a wonderful experience... especially since we just celebrated our beautiful daughters first birthday.
