Non ci sono parole suficienti per esprimere la nostra gratitudine! Grazie a questa clinica abbiamo coronato nostro sogno al primo tetativo. Tutto l-o staff ci a transmesso professionalita ai massimi liveli, ma anche una grandissima empatia e calore umano în un percorso cosi delicato. Grazie di cuore per il miracolo della nostra vita Che nascera tra 4 mesi a 47 ani. Consiliamo questa strutura con tutto îl cuore a tutti futuri genitori!

Io e mia moglie siamo venute a conoscenza della clinica grazie a delle amiche. Ci siamo trovate benissimo sin da subito. Il personale è gentilissimo, empatico e riesce a metterti a tuo agio. Ci hanno seguite con attenzione e affetto sin da subito. Non siamo viste solo come pazienti, ma come persone con dei sentimenti. Sono pronte a rispondere ad ogni dubbio via mail o via telefono. Our experience with this clinic was a real nightmare. The most serious incident was that they transferred the wrong embryo. They admitted the mistake only after the procedure, yet offered no compensation at all- for breach of contract, the unnecessary travel expenses, or the emotional distress they caused. A total lack of accountability. We were also sent medication instructions intended for another patient, meaning we were told to take the wrong medication at the wrong time. Abbiamo trovato in questa struttura tutto ciò che non abbiamo avuto in Italia. Gentilezza, massima disponibilità sia per quanto riguarda informazioni e consulenza prima, che supporto, chiarimenti, scambio di informazioni dopo.
