Dr. C and Erin are amazing! The staff is also very helpful and kind. They answer calls and texts quickly regarding meds, refills, appointments, and any other questions that we’ve had. We are still in the early stages of our IVF fertility journey, but everyone at the clinic has been great as this process can feel very overwhelming at times. I highly recommend IVF Phoenix if you’re starting your own fertility journey!
If you’re looking for an IVF clinic that strives to do everything right the first time, has amazing communication and compassionate providers, IVF Phoenix is it! Dr. Couvaras and the team led us through a successful first retrieval, transfer, and pregnancy with empathy and confidence. IVF is complicated and draining; it’s so important to have a well-informed and emotionally-attuned clinical team. I’m so glad we found this office to guide us through this experience which has led us to a baby girl on the way!
Very disappointed with the clinic. Even after two consultations, they did not hear me as a patient, disregarded my needs and saw me just as a possible liability to their practice. My second consultation lasted 7 minutes and cost me $100 with insurance. And it was virtual.
