I started my fertility journey back in September of 2025 and every interaction I had with Dr. Star, Nurse Alexis, Yer and the office staff was always positive. I always felt like my questions were answered and I was fully supported from day 1. Was a patient here in 2024 (had an healthy baby in 2025) and all I can say is the staff here are just wonderful to work with!! I saw Dr Star and Alexis after going through two years of infertility and after a few weeks of treatment I was able to get pregnant! I will always be so thankful for my time spent at this office- highly recommend!
I tried to call to set up a consultation but was told I couldn’t because I wasn’t “actively trying” but the point I was trying to make an appointment was to see if I could get pregnant due to a medical concern. Frustrating since I was told to see a fertility doctor.
You will see the doctor maybe once then every time you go in for tests or monitoring you only get contacted by the nursing staff who have spoken with the doctor about you. Or you can pay $200+ dollars for a separate appointment to talk to the doctor. Not only did I feel like a number with almost no contact to the doctor, after almost a year of going here with no success cost of services doubled.
