Final Review 2-Stars I hope Dana can turn things around there, she does seem to really care. However, the team was still clumsy with time-sensitive info. Ops team was nice, but the aftercare instructions left me with some serious issues of conflicting instructions. The doc seemed to care more, but the nurse was still ill informed at key points of care. We've been coming to see Dr. Shamma for the past 3 years, we are now on our second pregnancy. Everyone at the clinic has been kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shamma for your ivf journey. We will continue to come here for any further pregnancies. I also want to say my navigator Edita made this journey so much more seamless and was so patient and understanding with me. She is amazing. Definitely a 5 star experience. I have just started treatment at this clinic. In all honesty, this industry is very difficult to deal with and this clinic is no exception.
