Edit: I sit here, over a year out from this review, 32 weeks pregnant, somewhat satisfied with my time here. It was a long 1.5 years to get to this point! Throughout this journey, I had to do a lot of research, if I wanted any understanding of this process. The RNs are great, but they can take some time to get back to you. I still can't give a full 5 stars because there is no online portal showing any information or charges due. I began going to this office in early 2024 and am happy to say I am 10 weeks pregnant today after not being able to conceive for several years. Ever since the office merged with Pinnacle, their systems and methods of organizing and communicating with patients has improved tremendously. SMH this place is always a problem. My first cycle with them they completely forgot to call me with my results after transfer and the one after that the communication did not get any better. Now here I am in the beginning of another cycle and I paid in full, signed their paperwork and I’m still waiting on someone to follow up with me. Dr. Shamma and his team are awesome. Very efficient, but so kind and caring! Dr. Shamma has such a calm, comforting bedside manner. He takes time to answer all your questions, and guide you through the whole process.
Terrible OR nurses that lack compassion and talk about the patient as if I couldn’t hear them. One of the most rudest nurses I’ve ever met in my life was Breanna Kruse she had the nastiest attitude from greeting me in the front before taking me in the back. She poked me to get my labs drawn in the most aggressive way possible leaving me with bruises and that being the worst blood drawn of my life.
