As a physician myself I would highly recommend Dr. Shamma. He is professional, ethical, compassionate and skilled in de-stress and relax both me and my wife during a highly stressful situation. He is polite down to earth and needless to say that our process are successful and now my wife is pregnant. The staff and nurses are also very welcoming. I want to highlight Talia. Edited Review: Lisa, their patient/provider liaison, called to help me resolve the issue. She let me know there are different tiers to HAP plans and my tier didn’t cover Doctor Hammoud. She said because of the miscommunication they would cover my bill for me. I am waiting for the receipt to confirm this. I appreciate her work to advocate for me. Update- after talking with the office manager and having her say that they would cover my initial visit because everything that happened they are threatening to send me to collections. Edit- the office manager called a few weeks after I posted my review. She was very nice and promised a refund of our co pay. So far, nothing. So glad that we didn't go with this office. I couldn't imagine getting bad news from them. Very disappointing. The doctor seemed really great and knowledgeable but the office left more to be desired. Now... read more
