I highly recommend Dr. Hammoud at IVF Bloomfield Hills!! He is so patient and welcoming through every interaction and experience you might have. Big shout out to his staff as well! We are on a three year fertility journey and this is genuinely the worst place we have treated with by far. We were referred to IVF Michigan for my husband to have a semen analysis done. They told us results would be available in a week. Over a month later we still did not get his result. They would not release the records to us or fax them to our treating doctor so we could continue treatment. The front desk can be very rude in their tone & the supervisor there doesn’t know what she’s doing .
Our story has a happy ending however it was not achieved through this clinic. My wife had 2 children from a previous marriage and she got her tubes tied after her second child. She was in a bad marriage and decided that was the best option at the time. Her marriage failed and a few years later we started dating and eventually married. We decided we wanted children together as I had none of my own. We talked to several clinics and Nobody was doing tubal reversals at the time I guess for legal reasons. Very disappointing. The doctor seemed really great and knowledgeable but the office left more to be desired. Now 3 weeks after our initial consultation we still have no pricing, plan to go forward or anything from the office. The doctor told us to call the next couple of days to get bloodwork scheduled. We did that and scheduled the appointment for the next week. We get to it and wait half hour only for a nurse to tell us that she has no records. We leave.
