Amazing experience! Inovi changed our lives completely. We had struggled with unexplained infertility for 6 years and had tried numerous doctors before Inovi. We had even gone through couple of IUI treatments with one of the biggest fertility chains in Houston. But I was so surprised that none of them had any empathy. I tried scheduling treatment, but they kept telling me the doctor may or may not be available for my procedure when the time came, regardless of any date I chose. Does the doctor only work part time, or? I finally gave up trying to schedule since they genuinely didn’t seem to want more patients.
The Doctor was very nice!!!!staff can be rude.. Nadia is nice and help me get a big discount during my visit!!!thanks..surgery went well
Best clinic ever ! They take real great care of their patients. Dr krotz is a great IVF doctor . He will talk to you throughout the whole process and make everything work out perfect. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and always accommodating. Nadia the finance manager is also amazing and talks to you to help you understand payments and is very amazing with everything. This is the best place in HTX to start your journey if you are looking for a fertility clinic.
