God-awful. I called the billing department tons times to have them verify my insurance. After about a month, they decide to call me back and tell me that yes, my insurance will cover their service. After my first VIRTUAL appointment that was less than 15 minutes- I receive a $600 bill. The billing department refused to give me any assistance with the appointment.
