My leach field failed after 30 years. I first called Quality Service last year and they said the leach field could be repaired. They charged me $4K to fix the field and the work they did actually made the problem worse. I called Ivey's and the owner Toby who has 30 years of experience in these matters recommended a completely new system. Whenever an issue arises with my septic system, these fine folks have always responded quickly and professionally. The dreaded red flashing light or high pitched alarm no longer cause me anxiety after I started using Ivey’s. A few years back, I was new to the world of septic systems and didn’t fully understand what was needed in order to properly maintain the system. Very efficient. Found and dug up lid on septic tank. Pumped and covered over promptly. Very pleased with service!!
Charged $6800. For a Bump & Brush on a six line LPP System. According to other company’s pricing should have been roughly about $1300. Loss of $5500. Has reputation of OVER CHARGING. Then frequently harassed me for payment! What go’s around comes Around…Buyers Beware!!!
