Tray was great. I am a new pool owner. He came and cleaned my filthy DE filter and patiently explained the process of cleaning and flushing it so that I would be better prepared to service the filter in the future. He changed the seals in my main pump and fixed the leaks. He took the time to adjust the outlets in my pool for better circulation and gave me more tutorials on my equipment and recommendations for managing my pool. All at the base quoted price for the filter service and seal change. Great service.
Trey was very easy to work with. Professional and friendly. We will use Trey for our pool service work from now on!
I am very pleased with the Aqualink control system that Trey installed. It was half the price of the Pentair system I was looking at and does everything I needed. It took a couple of texts to him to get the quote, order, and scheduling together. Once we did he executed very well and did a very professional installation. Would definitely use him again.
I can’t be grateful enough for Trey!! I’ve called many pool places without getting return calls or text. Even had a company come out and never followed up with us! When I called Ivey, Trey picked up right away and scheduled me the day after. He kept me updated with where he was and gave me an accurate time when he was coming. Hes very fair priced and professional. I highly recommend Ivey and will surely call them for all my pool problems!
