Beautiful homes and neighborhood!
Buyer beware!! UPDATE #3 after 14 months of ownership: The 1-star rating stands. I so hoped that Goodall would work to resolve the issues that plague many of the owners in this neighborhood and improve on their quality, but clearly, it has only gotten worse. This has absolutely been the BEST experience! From day 1, the communication with Brandy has been outstanding! Even through different project managers, she was able to keep my husband and I “in the know” on the happenings at our new home! We have been very pleased thus far and it has been a very pleasant experience working with Brandy and Evan! You can tell that they care very much about making their homeowners (and future homeowners) happy!
