Ivey is very informative and pleasant.
This is not about Dr. Emmert because I never got to see her. It's about the staff at Wilmington Health @ 6727 Parker Farm dr. Wilmington NC. I tried to get an appointment for about 2 months after finally getting it scheduled I went to my 3:15 appointment today 7/30/2024 and the lady at the reception counter told me I canceled it through the patient portal.
