She is absolutely an amazing doctor!! Me and my daughter go to her!! Love her
Dr Suber herself has always been wonderful but sadly she is no longer worth visiting due to the poor working staff in the office. It takes at least 30 minutes to speak with someone on the phone and recently had an appointment be cancelled without reason. Every time I call seeking assistance I’m left to be placed on hold for long periods of time with staff not willing to assist instead rush to transfer you incorrectly and are just not be willing to assist, likely hoping we won’t stay on the line waiting until someone picks up... read more
ivette and diana are awesome 10/10... but the rest of her team needs to spit out the bubble gum and get some customer service skills. maybe if they lower their hourly pay it will teach them a lesson of being humble
My GP referred me to Dr Suber and after 4 months of calling her office to inquire about my referral and possible treatment, today I was finally informed that Dr Suber was “unable to perform the procedure”. What a massive waste of time. I can only assume that my tumor has now increased in size. I now must go back to my GP to get a referral for a gym that Can do the medical procedure.
