What happened to Iversons? I drive past Home depot, lowes everyday to support Iversons, looks like its not reciprocal! No specialty trim profiles, no doors counter help hasn't a clue and or smells so damn bad its not worth it. No training on products. Ill wait as long as it takes for julia to take my order as she knows her job. Need a delivery? Dont count on timing or acuracy thats a clusterfuck. How do I do a job where everything is a special order? Case a door? That'll be 3to 6 weeks ma'am. Or just stop at lowes!!??
I’m all about supporting local, but I’m tired of listening to their PA system! Just get walkie talkies! I shouldn’t be able to hear that a customer is coming around back when I live a half mile away laying in my bed.
Amazing lumber yard all employees extremely helpful
The commercial says “We will call you back”, but they don’t! Poor customer service!
UPDATE: I was contacted by Mike Hartman shortly after posting my review. He was very compassionate regarding my experience and provided excellent care (and some hand holding) until he was able to deliver the rest of my product. Many thanks Mike for being an exceptional representative for Iverson's.
