Great service
The cockroach problem seems impossible to solve despite multiple pest control visits. You basically have to live with it. The sound insulation is terrible—I can hear my neighbor’s shower running, arguments, and music. The only reason I stay is the relatively affordable rent compared to other places in the area.
By far to worst apartment complex you can live in elevators are always broke mices everywhere literally 3 dryers have been broken for months its unacceptable living conditions yet they wanna raise rent every year even those these living conditions are absolutely TERRIBLE if you ever think about living here i suggest you reconsider ur option its NOT worth it AT ALL!!!!
Terrible, absolutely awful …the fact they expect you to live in these filthy conditions and continue to pay rent which by the way is raised every year is absolutely ridiculous… then they will send you a letter threatening to put you out if rent isn’t paid on time . Management is rude and nasty attitude, maintenance is rude and nasty attitudes. Mold in walls and ceiling , heaters not working , elevators barely work properly, everything is outdated .. the whole apartment is falling off the bone .
Too many dogs urinating on the elevators and door locks always brown and the elevator always broke besides that it’s livable
