This is coming from a trucking point of view. Do not accept loads to or from this company unless you want to be forced to back out of there driveway in the pouring rain onto a live street because they refuse to open up the gate so you can safely turn around.
The serviceman Dale is very detailed and methodical. Can't say enough good things about him.
Iverson has great service and paid incredible attention to the needs I had for implementing technology into my machining operation. They are not your typical giant machine tool distributor which hires people who don't know the difference between a welder and CNC lathe. Great onsite presence during install and follow up was amazing.
