This place is a joke been here 4 years the worst gp ive been to in 40 years. You have to use an app at 8.30am to book appointment. The app crashes all the time try and use the app at 8.40am and they say you have to try again 2mrow. I've had this stomach acid pain and sinus infection on and off for over 1 year . Im now heading to a&e. Im not here to be mean and nasty but I have to be honest and if your in medical need this is the worst place you can go . Good luck to whoever see this post and joins the practice.

Firstly i would like to say i was at first very reluctant about the new triage system, especialy with me not being very tech savy, but have found it very easy after being helped and shown by a lovely receptionist. (unfortunatly did not get her name but so helpful). Also found so far the triage system has worked well for me on two occasions, and got seen quickly and then refered on to the hospital on one of theese occasion , staff were great dr amazing great service , so far so good , praise where praise is due i say !.

I can not fault the Surgery recently. I was seen and examined and referred all within one appointment. Part of the referal was for a test and after the test, a Dr from the surgery called me first thing in the morning, to discuss results and to reassure me the referal would be within a certain time and it has been. I have to say the reception staff have also been very good with me as well. Thank You.

I am having issue regarding my referall since april now it's june they are too slow to solve it while i am sitting in Uk since 2023 they are asking me to send referal with USA updated sttus and when i complained they just didn't pay enough attention to it and still haven't done anything about it
