I am making arrangements to move away from Iver in order to leave this surgery. The GP here is a major reason I would advise against moving to Iver.
This surgery is worse Gp you can't get an appointment, you have to access the apps, and window is very short ! And after that you don't even get an appointment! And if you getted appointment to see doctor or nurse and issues you a prescription that another long waiting game for doctor needs to signature that prescription it takes ages to get the prescription imagine signature not take more then minute or two minutes! keeping you ages to getting and important medication it's so disappointing and common service not able to get... read more
This place is a joke been here 4 years the worst gp ive been to in 40 years. You have to use an app at 8.30am to book appointment. The app crashes all the time try and use the app at 8.40am and they say you have to try again 2mrow. I've had this stomach acid pain and sinus infection on and off for over 1 year . Im now heading to a&e. Im not here to be mean and nasty but I have to be honest and if your in medical need this is the worst place you can go . Good luck to whoever see this post and joins the practice.
