I booked an appointment to cut my hair and paid 45 dollars deposit. When I showed up she advised me not to cut my hair because it would be too short. I still wanted to go ahead with the cut but she kept insisting I don't cut it and come back 2 to 3 months later after it grows a bit longer. She initially refused to pay me back my deposit ( i asked for a refund since she didn't cut my hair and I did show up for the appointment ) but eventually offered either to pay me back or come back for the haircut when my hair is longer an... read more

Let me tell you something… Ively is one of the BEST hairdresser in Ottawa! She has been doing my hair for years and she NEVER disappoints. If you are looking to build a long term connection with a hairdresser, she is your girl 🥰. I would HIGHLY recommend her. I would also recommend to buy her hair oil. It does wonders, makes my hair more manageable and grows my hair very fast! What are you waiting for? Give her a call 😊
