Phoenix from Iveco Sydney has been great to speak with. There was 1 occasion where the communication with a employee was very bad/poor,at the end of the day Phoenix had fixed everything. Communication with her is on point and that's what most customers would like. Though, the truck has been back for minor things,is possibly the annoying part, as most drivers know, you lose money when the truck is not on the road!
