Service department is a joke. Truck never finished on time, they can never tell you when it will be ready, tell you to it’s done and you turn up and it’s not done, poor workmanship, poor communication, I could go on. Been going here reluctantly for 2 years (to help keep warranty) and disappointed every single time. Avoid at all costs! Iveco, don’t even bother replying to this, I have been through “customer support” before and nothing has changed. Not coming here again so save your breath.
This is the worst truck company on earth, never take your truck in here. They never even fixed my truck, they were rude and disrespectful and they took my money.
