While the painting work was average, the fact that Mr. Russel got his plumbing specialist to recommend a specific model of a bidet to be fitted, charged us for the fitment and then stated that the model looked incompatible with the WC bowl was very unprofessional. Mr. Russel IVAS promised to refund the advance money paid for the work not done amounting to USD$ 139 but has been evading the refund. I recently had the opportunity to work with Russell and due to his diligence and integrity the project worked out perfectly and exceeded all expectations.
Redid my bathroom. Tub removal to a walk-in. Been about 2 years and still not one problem with it. Craftsmanship was above and beyond. Installation of a metal fire rated door with Push bar, work came out as expected. Great! Thank you Russell, you and your team are great
