Before placing my order I called and asked if it could be shipped to my address in the states and if it would arrive in time for the recipient's birthday. Ivans assured me this was not a problem, so I went ahead and placed the order. Roger LaBlance, the manager, then changed his mind and said they no longer ship to the states. I then had to pay extra for shipping. Ivans also would not package my item for shipping. Now my item will not be here until the 11th, when my grandma's 80th birthday party is on the 8th. For our wedding, we needed a projector and screen to illustrate a special moment. I called a few places and quickly chose Ivan’s. The projector was super easy to operate since it came with a usb adapter that plugged right into our phone. Thank you for the great service!
