Came in with lots of questions about my film camera. My guy was patient and helped me understand my camera and take my film out and put new ones in. Simple gesture but it meant a lot. I got my film delivered digitally. It was $15 and arrived the next day.

Had passport photos taken here on July… Had passport photos taken here on July 13, 2026 for a Dutch passport application. They came out the wrong size and were unusable; the shop apparently didn't know the correct specs for Dutch passport photos. I discovered this while in Ottawa to submit my application and had no choice but to pay for new photos on the spot, an extra $30 CAD I shouldn't have had to spend. I paid $34.49 here for completely useless photos. I've since emailed the shop close to 10 times over the past 10 weeks ... read more

I had a fantastic experience here getting photos for my lawyers and immigration process. Immigration requirements can be super strict, but they knew exactly what was needed. When I had to make a minor tweak to the photos, they stood by their guarantee and fixed it right away with zero hassle. Knowing you're covered gives you so much peace of mind during such an important process. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs official photos!
