I'd give them 10 stars if I could for customer service!
Very expensive for replacement parts. Looking for a Manfrotto plate mount as I lost mine. They wonted close to 50.00 for a mounting shoe. Got 2 on Amazon for 12.99 free shipping in 2 days. Will not be back
