They did a great job the first TIME LAST year, so I returned a second time for body repairs. This time....was NOT so Pleasant!!! They have had my vehicle for more time than they should for a 5 day job. Wait til the last minute to order parts, and new receptionist,Karen, from last time who doesn't know what she's talking about (I know she's not a mechanic) but dang, do betterpleaseand thoroughly explainevery thing to customers WITH a real MECHANIC!!!!
