Thought I’d support a local pharmacy instead of Chemist Warehouse. Big mistake. Had the same issues mentioned in previous reviews. Poor service and unhelpful pharmacist. Went to Chemist Warehouse afterward and the difference was obvious. Much better advice and professionalism there.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. My fiancé has a prescription for a schedule 8 drug and we recently moved away from our normal pharmacist, hence needing to find a new local. We called Ivanhoe Plaza Pharmacy to ask if they had any in stock (as it is expected that many chemists don’t - standard for S8) and they said yes we have some, but not the full amount prescribed.
