Extremely terrible service. We have now dealt with 3 different pharmacists from this pharmacy, trying to get a repeat script. Each time the staff have been unnecessarily rude and have had my wife in tears twice. I strongly recommend using a different pharmacy. If I could give zero stars I would
Been going there for many years, exceptional service & nothing too much trouble. Carlo in particular was amazing during COVID when some drugs in short supply & since has gone above & beyond for us
Thought I’d support a local pharmacy instead of Chemist Warehouse. Big mistake. Had the same issues mentioned in previous reviews. Poor service and unhelpful pharmacist. Went to Chemist Warehouse afterward and the difference was obvious. Much better advice and professionalism there.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience here. My fiancé has a prescription for a schedule 8 drug and we recently moved away from our normal pharmacist, hence needing to find a new local. We called Ivanhoe Plaza Pharmacy to ask if they had any in stock (as it is expected that many chemists don’t - standard for S8) and they said yes we have some, but not the full amount prescribed. We said ok that’s fine - can we please come and get what you currently have in stock now, and you place an order for the remaining tablets after... read more
