Fast care, friendly team, good location and clear information and support
I am extremely disappointed with this clinic. I had an endoscopy booked for tomorrow, and at 4pm the day before they cancelled my appointment because “the machine isn’t working.” It’s hard to believe they only have one machine, and the lack of planning or backup is unacceptable. Because of this cancellation, I had already stopped an important medication for 3 weeks, followed a strict low-fibre diet for a week, and gone without food for over 15 hours. Went for a general check up and found the services at Ivanhoe Endoscopy Centre to be amazing. Instructions were very clear, staff were attentive and informative, making the procedure stress-free. Would recommend.
