Friendly professional service
The medical staff were lovely, felt like I was in good hands. Also impressed with the rates. Thought private care was out of reach, as we don't have private health insurance. But with Medicare it was affordable and I didn't have to wait for months. Highly recommended.
I do not recommend this clinic. We were told to arrive at 7.30 am, but no one was there,and we were left waiting outside in the cold. The younger receptionist was incompetent. Worse the anaesthetist mishandled the anaesthetic causing me extreme pain and discomfort during the procedure. Overall, it was a deeply disappointing experience for a private clinic.
I had a very lovely experience here. All the staff were very friendly and supportive through out the whole experience.
