It is a shame, a competent doctor cannot hire a professional and competent staff. After overbooking multiple appointments at the exact time of my appointment, and having to wait1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen by the doctor, I was told by one staff member after the appointment to see the front desk where my follow up appointment would be scheduled. Completely unprofessional and tackless service. I waited over a month for the appointment. The day if they called and rescheduled, then called again and asked me to come in early. When I finally made that hour and a 1/2 drive they acted like they were surprised and told me I needed a referral when i specifically asked them that over the phone. This is a disgusting display of unprofessional. And poor work ethics and no respect for anyone else's time.
