All of the staff at the Beacon Kalamazoo Cancer Center were very friendly, and helpful at my appointment. I’ve been a patient there for a few years there now, and every time I have an appointment or Infusion, the staff are wonderful, attentive, and very kind!
She was very in tune with my needs and concerns. She worked with me on a treatment plan that I am very happy with. Thank you.
