Hired Ivan The Plumber !! They use Bosch for installation and this unit is super quiet unlike our neighbors house we can tell when their unit is on it's loud‼ Excellent job

Once the technician arrived he took off shoes when inside the house which is a respectful and nice touch. He explained all of the possible issues and then proceeded to begin his diagnosis. In the end it turned out to be a bad capacitor in the heater and he had it working within 30 minutes

I needed to have my water heaterunit checked out and some maintenance done. Ivan The Plumber responded with a very thorough initial message within 10 minutes. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day, and they were very accommodating to my time constraints. staffam performed the maintenance for me. I couldn't be happier with his service. He was professional, very thorough, and took the time to explain the system components to me. I would highly recommend them

We had Ivan The Plumber install both water heater and Solar back in the Fall of 2022. They were very competitive from a price point of a view and very easy to schedule with. While there were a couple of installation issues on both the water heaterand solar panels, they were very quick and responsive in resolving. Would recommend them to anyone
