I have purchased from Ivan Smith for years and quality is super for the price. Staff is helpful and friendly. Delivery was quick and staff made sure everything was acceptable.
Purchase was simple and staff go above and beyond to help.
I went into Ivan Smith for my first time after moving here. I was impressed the store was set up very nice and easy to move around. When I came in Vicky introduced herself and met me. I like prompt service coming from years in a sales background but she was not oushy at all. My aunt was there too and we all got a long great. Furniture is cheap made and why do you repair new furniture instead of replacing furniture that is falling apart under warranty
I’ll update my review after my issue gets handled. We purchased a sectional in early March of this year, and within 1-2 months the fabric started piling pretty badly. So much so that even trying to clean it was made impossible. After going back and forth on scheduling and phone tag, a warranty guy was sent out to look at our couch. We bought a mattress and box springs two years ago and both became faulty. We had a tech representative come out and verify that both were so, he saw that both were faulty no problem. They called back 4-5 days later and took care of us. There excellent service provided from both the Greenville store and Tyler Distribution Center provided us a full credit and enabled us to pick out a new mattress and box springs for little to no charge.
