Love the employees that don't follow you and pressure you to buy something. I've bought a few things from here but after a couple of years they are basically trash. Our expensive mattress broke down after 3-4 years. I called for the warranty information and got transferred to a number that doesn't respond. I'll go elsewhere for my furniture now.
I recently had a service call because I bought the extended warranty. What I discovered, is that warranty is basically worthless unless it is an accident of some kind. That is not exactly how it was sold in the showroom by the sales person. He basically sold it as this warranty will cover anything from soup to nuts. The repair man that came out here told me that was absolutely not true.
