Furniture arrived on time, workers did a great job not bumping into the doors/walls, the foot board top trim had some type of tape mark?? I don’t believe the workers did that but it came from the factory like that, they said they would send a technician out to look at it the following Monday.

The whole staff treated me professionally, but we're also helpful and supportive. No pressure sales - I was left alone to do my shopping. Clean store with very large selection. Better deals than comparable stores in town. Financing took less than 5 minutes. Thank you!!
We wanted a high-leg recliner to replace one we had for years. The web site showed one that was not in our local Ivan Smith store. The helpful store personnel ordered one from the warehouse in Shreveport so we could try it out. It was exactly what we wanted and was on sale to boot! We are delighted with the purchase.
