5 star from showroom to delivery. Great experience all around. Been a customer for many years and this is the only place we buy furniture.
Sale and delivery were professional. Price was fair. My new washing machine was delivered exactly when promised. Text updates let me know the exact time to expect them. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend Ivan Smith Furniture
They didn't have one of the items that I wanted in stock but offered to sell me the floor model with a zero percent discount. If I waited until the item came in then I would have to pay 2 delivery fees or wait on everything that I was paying cash for until the out of stock item came in. The guy at the counter was snotty about the situation so I left without buying anything. I could not recommend doing business with these folks.....
Linda Bryant was very friendly and helped me and my wife feel good about our purchase. She didn’t rush us and the other staff really helped too with the paperwork. All in all it was a pleasant experience for me and my wife.
If we get the furniture that we paid for I can actually say everything will be lovely the sales lady was very respectful and she understood what we wanted that goes a long way with me I appreciate the business and I hope I can do business with you again in the future
