I’ll update my review after my issue gets handled. We purchased a sectional in early March of this year, and within 1-2 months the fabric started piling pretty badly. So much so that even trying to clean it was made impossible. After going back and forth on scheduling and phone tag, a warranty guy was sent out to look at our couch. We have made a number of purchases from Ivan Smith and have been very pleased with all of the pieces. Robbie and Dane are great to work with! Robbie provides excellent customer service. Shout out to the delivery/assembly crew as well. We've presented them with a number of challenges and they go above and beyond to get the job done.
