I bought a dining set, couch, and bed set from my local Ivan Smith. Not only are all the products excellent, but the service was as well. I'm generally not taken seriously because I am only 22. However, their respect, flexibility, and commitment were well above and beyond what I expected. I input an incorrect size for my bedding, which was fixed the same day, after delivery, with no extra charge. Their outlet is outstanding, and I intend to shop there exclusively as long as I live in the area.
The same delivery men delivered twice for me from the longview store. They were very friendly and remembered me from the last delivery. It's because of these guys making me feel better that I will probably shop there again. I had bad experiences with the store in Longview. (back order info, pricing info, cust follow up, and wrong info from the sales staff). when I buy again I will ask for delivery crew 32A Nathan Pinkston and Thomas Burns. A smile going a long way, and being professional. DavidV.
Furniture is cheap made and why do you repair new furniture instead of replacing furniture that is falling apart under warranty
They have great customer service. I had several items delivered to me damaged.and they didn’t hesitate to do the right thing. I was pleased with how they handled it.
I purchased/financed a couch here in March from Mary Lou- I struggled with her because she likes to do all the talking, but she was knowledgeable, I will give her that. Still, it wasn't a pleasant experience to start with. I purchased a dual recliner with console. Very shortly afterward, I noticed that where my feet rest on the recliner was discolored.
