Para la oficina o el manager de la oficina, cuando una persona los contacta es buscando informacion necesaria para saber si puede contar con los servicios medicos, la persona al frente del telefono es una persona irritable y no espera a que se le haga la pregunta que el cliente necesita. Deberian colocar ahi una persona que este en completa empatia con la necesidad de cada uno de las personas que les solicitan el servicio. Tomese esto como una observacion. Gracias.
Lucky to have had Dr Espaillat as my attending physician at Baptist Hospital in January 2024 when I was admitted through the emergency room with the problem of two viruses that had badly attacked my lungs. He carefully cared for me in CCU for 8 days until I was able to go safely go home with oxygen and placed under the care of a Pulmonologist. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor !!!
