Keeps patients waiting for a hour or more for each appointment. Called me to come in early every appointment then I still waited an hour to be seen cause he wasn’t in the office yet. Dr Gupta never told all my results but insisted that I come in right away to get hemorrhoids banded, while 2 other GI drs have since said they were small and didn’t need to be removed. my symptoms came and went over my two day event. My pulse would vary between 60 bpm to 125 bpm all while sitting still. Imperceptible to me, but Dr. Richmond ran tests and I wore a 14-day monitor to search for the treatment and remedy of the condition. I like that Dr. Richmond involves others from the cardiac group to discuss the best options for treatment.

We had our first appointment yesterday and I must say he was WONDERFUL! He listened intently regarding my back pain issues. His recommendation were for an epidural injection, although, reluctant as my previous provider's attempt ONLY lasted 2 days. Dr. Collis reassured me that I would NOT be crying the entire procedure. Not only that, after leaving my appointment, I ran into an old acquaintance in the hallway. We absolutely loved Dr. Rezaei - we had a wonderful experience until my daughter was about 5 months old and we expressed our concerns about vaccines. She told me since I am already behind, she would become a vegetable and I am not taking care of my daughter. If I decided to not vaccinate her by the time she was 6 months, I would have to find another pediatrician. She would not hear our concerns and would not speak to us about them.
