We retained Ivan & Associates as counsel for an unusual real estate situation. We are midway through and have been throughly impressed with their representation and firm. We have found Ivan & Associates to be forthcoming, honest, reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable, with outstanding communication. We highly recommend this firm. What a team!
Sustained breakdown in communication, administrative disorganization, and a failure to deliver agreed-upon services. Extremely difficult to speak to an attorney. Missed scheduled calls or 30 min or longer delay in joining scheduled calls. My recommendation look elsewhere. Far too difficult to deal with.
Absolutely disgraceful experience and I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time with this place.🤡I had a virtual consultation scheduled for 3:00 PM and didn’t get admitted into the meeting until 3:25 PM — on a 30 MINUTE consultation. At 3:14 they had the nerve to text me saying they were “wrapping up another consultation,” so they knew exactly what they were doing and still couldn’t get it together. This law firm has helped me on 2 occasions through Metlife insurance. Florin had a calming effect the first nightmare landlord. Theyre helping me again but you have to get them evidence and not take up a lot of time. First case was strong no hot water for 2 months and illegal gas water heater. 2nd case is medium strong helping me get out of my lease.
