Quite possibly the worst business I’ve dealt with. I had a very simple request involving a apartment complex I used to live at. Just needed a letter sent. I went through MetLife legal to find this business. To this day I still have not received an update. I have scheduled two teams calls with their team: first call they had zero updates for me and the second call no one showed up! Unfortunately, our experience with this office was disappointing. Communication and follow-through were lacking, and the overall process felt unprofessional and inefficient. We recommend considering other attorneys who offer more attentive and timely service.
I would like to share honest opinion about my experience with Ivan and associates I contacted them in regards to a situation I was dealing with I forwarded the information they requested they took on my case a little bit of a waiting period which is to be expected being they have other clients but they did keep me updated threw text messages and emails the end result was everything ruled in my favor and definitely was satisfied with the outcome of the end results
This the worst office ever !! The attorneys are very rude unprofessional. I will never recommend it to nobody
