I called Ivan & Associates to schedule a consultation because my landlord refused to resolve the issue of second hand smoke per another tenant smoking marijuana. I advised my landlord that the smoke was coming into my unit and it was all over my clothes and hair, and I even told her my employer gave me a random drug test because they thought I was a smoker, and my landlord still did nothing.
