Terrible. No results. Only communicated via Mircosoft Teams or email via receptionists (did speak with receptionists) . Left my cell number every time I called and they repeatedly stated they called me and left messages. They finally stated they transposed 2 numbers. Would never recommend them. Bad communication on their part. No in-person contact. We got our case handled by ourselves in the end.
Scheduled a consultation, or so I thought I did. The call was a video conference with Ivan and 3 other associates. Ivan was very unfriendly, condescending and didn't seem he wanted to help even though he did inform me he would take the case. I respectfully declined My advice to this law firm would be to remember customers are there to be assured and feel like someone has their back on whatever legal issues they are seeking help for.
Can't get someone on the phone who knows anything about the program this office volunteered for.
I called Ivan & Associates to schedule a consultation because my landlord refused to resolve the issue of second hand smoke per another tenant smoking marijuana. I advised my landlord that the smoke was coming into my unit and it was all over my clothes and hair, and I even told her my employer gave me a random drug test because they thought I was a smoker, and my landlord still did nothing. Good to have a. Attorney in the Family? Oh Hell No. Had to Petition to Probate Court to Intervene and Stop My Own Nephew and his Mother from shutting Mom and Out of to De Fraud Mom and I. If they do it to Family? What loyalty would they give a Stranger. ? Total lack of Basic Human Ethics and morality. . Greed is God Be nice to see them actually work. Not paier shuffling.
