Good lucky in getting an appointment in a timely manner. I was referred to Dr. Elias back back in August by my GP for a gastro issue only to get a late November appointment. Then they called me on Oct 22 and told me they needed to push me further out. Three plus month's to see a doctor is ridicules. Why did they schedule me if the doctor was not going to be available? My first visit with Dr. Elias this morning and what a pleasure! Very professional, personable enough and patient. He evaluated the symptoms, put the pieces of my history together and decided the best steps to take. I feel confident in his care and look forward to the next visit to see what answers we can find.

Dr Elias has been a wonderful GI Doctor, however his office staff are less than professional. He may say he needs to see you in 4 weeks, but his staff says he has no openings until 7 or 8 weeks out! I actually called to confirm an appointment in early August because I had not seen an email, text, phone call confirming the appointment. Of course, that's what most Dr's office's do(especially specialists). Anyway, I confirmed my appointment for the following morning. I show up and check in(or try to anyway).
