I called to make an Appointment. Melanie answered and cut me off in the middle of my question. After finding a date for me and I ask if she had anything earlier she became loud and rude . I told her she was being rude. She hung up on me. I called back . I ask her if she hung up on me she told me no you did . I told her again that she was rude and that I will let the Doctor know about it …. She hung up again . How Rude is that !!!
Dr. Garcia was very patience with me. The staff was very helpful.
