Review is based on our experience with Dr. Cruz’s administrative/insurance/billing office support. I am fighting for reimbursement of fees paid up front related to a routine outpatient surgical procedure that took place 7 months ago. The battle to get his office on the same page with my insurer and now the ongoing delays for a reimbursement that was approved 30 days ago, has been disappointing, time consuming and expensive. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cruz, he’s very personable and explained the procedure that’s gonna take place for Michael on the April 8. Great sense of humor as well. The staff was also friendly
Dr. Cruz is absolute the best he is very nice and professional he answered all our questions and took his. Also his front desk was very helpful and sweet. His surgery scheduler also a very nice and helpful! Thank you for the best experience.
